This is a medium-sized clearing that is shared by the leader, proxy, and healer. It is called the Fern Circle because of the ferns that enclose it and reach over their heads. The leader sleeps in a nest that is next to the deputy's, and both are to the side. The healer gets the other half of the den, where he or she keeps their herbs in hollows.

This is where the Soldiers and Novices sleep. Near the front of the camp entrance, their den is enclosed by bracken and is large enough.

Board Description
xx. Golden Maverick's Camp
As you slink along the bracken and ferns in the forest, all of the sudden, there is a looming building upon you. But it is made of glass. Parts of the roof and sides are shattered, but the glass is long blown away or buried. The greenhouse is overrun with plants, even fruits and vegetables, which the Golden Mavericks have taken a liking to. In the center, there is a large statue with a flat top. This is where the leaders gives announcements. And this is the Golden Maverick's camp.
